Our Bicester Village kiosk offers a vibrant on-the-go Fortnum's experience, serving crumpets, sweet treats and drinks to guests seeking a moment of indulgence while they shop. We are now seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Waiters/Waitresses to join our team at Bicester Village. This is a fantastic opportunity to bring joy to every cup and create memorable moments for our guests.

This is a full-time role with 40 hours per week across 5 working days.

What You'll Do

• Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages and food options to the highest standards


• Deliver exceptional customer service with warmth, efficiency, and professionalism - Ensure compliance with food safety, health & safety, and allergen procedures


• Support stock control, replenishment, and visual presentation of the cafe area


• Work collaboratively with the wider team to ensure smooth daily operations

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in a barista or waiter role within a premium or high-volume environment


• A passion for coffee, tea, and delivering outstanding service


• Strong communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude


• Ability to work under pressure and remain calm in a fast-paced setting


• Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
