Full Job Description

The In Room Dining Waiter/ess is responsible for providing the most efficient service and ensuring the highest standard is provided at all the times.

Sets up trolleys, serve guests in accordance with the established standards and

guest requests. Ensure guest bills are correctly priced, well presented, appropriately signed or paid, and returned to the cashier

To clean and polish all chinaware and silverware, to refill containers, and replenish supply of linen flatware, glassware and chinaware in any F&B outlet when required

Understand the importance of up-selling all hotels products/service at every opportunity

Have a thorough understanding of the POS system

To ensure a friendly, courteous, efficient and polite service is provided at all times.

If you're our ideal In Room Dining Waiter/ess, you will have

Hotel or In Room Dining experience

The ability to work well in a team environment

Passion about guest experience.

Confidence to deliver exceptional service in a 5-star setting.
