Full Job Description

  • knowledge of all food and beverage items in the menu
  • to monitor operating supplies and reduce spoilage and wastage
  • assisting guest's during their visit and handling guest complaints
  • performs the opening and closing procedures established for the place of work as assigned
  • providing all required information about the Hotel, available services and facilities

    You have experience working in a guest - facing role, ideally within a premium hospitality environment. With a warm, engaging approach, you take pride in delivering attentive and personalised service. Highly organised and confident in a fast - paced setting, you anticipate guest needs and ensure every interaction feels seamless and genuine. A strong team player, you communicate clearly, support your colleagues, and maintain high standards of professionalism, consistency, and attention to detail throughout each shift.
