We're seeking several dedicated and experienced Vulnerability Leads to shape and deliver our approach to supporting residents with complex needs across our social housing services.In this pivotal role, you'll lead on developing and implementing strategies to identify, support, and safeguard vulnerable tenants. You'll ensure compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements, while championing tenant wellbeing and driving improved outcomes for those facing multiple challenges.Working collaboratively across internal teams and with external partners, you'll play a key role in reducing risk and strengthening our response to vulnerability. links with health services, ensuring housing is fully represented in multi-agency settings and that residents receive coordinated, person-centred support.We're looking for people who bring strong expertise in safeguarding and housing regulation, alongside hands-on experience of supporting vulnerable individuals.
