Are you looking for a role where you can directly support the next generation of Motor Vehicle professionals? Do you want to play a key part in creating safe, inspiring workshop environments that prepare learners for industry success? This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic Motor Vehicle team dedicated to developing young people's skills to meet the demanding needs of employment in the industry. We are seeking an enthusiastic, qualified individual to support our Motor Vehicle Department, ensuring our workshops run smoothly and safely while contributing to learners' handsâon training. This exciting role will include:
- Preparing and setting up workshops for practical activities for learners and tutors
- Delivering practical workshop teaching sessions to groups of learners
- Working collaboratively with tutors and colleagues to maintain safe workshop environments
- Organising and overseeing equipment maintenance schedules to ensure timely completion
Relevant Motor Vehicle industry qualifications and experience - Strong organisational skills and a proactive approach to workshop preparation and maintenance
- A commitment to promoting safety and supporting effective practical learning
- Experience working with young people or in an educational workshop setting (desirable)
