Volunteer Connector

Volunteer Connectors are the face and voice of Voluntary Norfolk’s Support Services and are passionate about the positive impact of volunteering in improving and supporting client outcomes.

They provide service delivery on a day-to-day basis, supporting volunteers and clients, risk assessing and monitoring case progression, setting and demonstrating standards and reporting progress.

The Volunteer Connector is knowledgeable and enthusiastic about supporting clients to manage their lives independently where possible. They are dedicated to recruiting, training and supporting high-quality volunteers, have good IT, communication and interpersonal skills, and enjoy helping others to achieve their goals and make a difference.
