Full Job Description
As Volunteer Co-ordinator, you will you will work to design and implement appropriate new offers in volunteering, and engagement with a view to diversifying the programme and ensuring it accounts for current sector trends, the needs of the local community as well as the needs of the sites.

We are looking for a Volunteer Co-ordinator to join our team. The role is full time and permanent. This role is on a full time basis, working 36 hours per week, with occasional evening and weekends.
We offer flexible working arrangements where the role allows. This role can be based at one of our sites or offices across the East of England, at home, or worked on a hybrid pattern. You will be required to attend sites across the East of England on a regular basis.
