Volunteer Admin Assistant Green Parks House

To assist with admin tasks to support the OT Team. This would include scanning and uploading documents, filing, stock taking and organising therapeutic spaces. There is unlikely to be much patient contact however if this is something you want we can explore this, Under supervision and guidance from the placement supervisor(s) to perform the following tasks-

• Scanning and uploading Clinical Documents to RiO (electronic records)
• Stock taking and ordering materials
• Organising the Art Room, Office, kitchen, storage area
• Printing leaflets for OTs and patients.
• Behaving at all times in a professional manner.
• Be confident when communicating with persons who may have specific difficulties, such mental illness.
Have good IT skills including: email (outlook), Microsoft word, excel and power point
