Full Job Description
We are seeking voluntary Trustees to join the Board of our Multi Academy Trust.
Trustees play a vital strategic role, ensuring strong governance, effective financial oversight and clear long-term direction across our schools. This is an opportunity to use your professional expertise to make a meaningful difference to children, families and the wider community.
You do not need experience in education. What matters is your willingness to contribute and your professional insight.
At Ethos Academy Trust we aim to deliver the very best educational experiences for pupils across the primary and secondary age range. Our academies are welcoming, calm and purposeful and, within a nurturing ethos, our learners are stretched academically, supported pastorally and developed socially and emotionally.
We have six Academies in West and South Yorkshire: Ethos College, Reach Academy, Evolve Academy, Engage Academy, Elements Academy and Enrich Academy, all of which support young people with social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) needs. The Trust also provides wide ranging early intervention outreach support and training to mainstream schools.
