As part of the Voids & Lettings service redesign, an exciting opportunity has arisen to support the expansion of the Voids / Lettings Management Team to recruit an additional Voids & Lettings Housing Manager post. This role will underpin and ensure that each Contract area for the North / Southeast and West areas have a dedicated Manager and team delivering on all day-to-day aspects of service delivery from key to key. Whilst this role will have responsibility to manage the North Voids Team, the pre tenancy and Lettings team, it will also include providing support to the wider Voids Teams including service areas for Garages and Wise Move as required. This role will join and become part of a dynamic management team with a focus on delivering top quartile voids performance and reviewing and developing service delivery to support positive outcomes for households. The Management Team have embedded and developed a strong ethos / commitment around "People Matter" across the Teams / service area, promoting a strong focus to actively engage with all Staff to ensure a bottom-up top-down approach and involve all staff in the development of service provision. This role will therefore play an important part in continuing to lead and promote positive working relations. You will need to have experience of delivering a comprehensive voids and lettings service in a social housing environment as part of this role. You will also need to have a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle as a requirement for this role - please confirm that you have this in your CV or supporting statement.
