Full Job Description

We're looking for a motivated and organised Voids Supervisor to join our growing WPS team in the West Midlands! You'll take ownership of the end-to-end voids process, ensuring properties are turned around efficiently, safely and to high-quality standards - while supporting the Project Lead and stepping up when needed.,

  • Lead the Voids operation - optimise resources, implement robust processes and ensure turnaround times meet contract KPIs and client standards.
  • Manage the workflow - oversee all void repairs, inspections and sign-off activities, ensuring all work orders progress within target dates. ️
  • Support teams & supply chain - guide administrators, operatives and subcontractors so everyone understands targets and delivers consistently.
  • Drive quality & customer care - ensure pre- and post-void inspections are completed, quality checks are recorded, and communication is proactive and clear.
  • Monitor & report - produce weekly updates on completed and outstanding voids, investigating delays and resolving issues quickly. ️
  • Engage with the client - support performance reporting and attend regular client meetings to maintain a positive working relationship.
  • Handle variations & queries - manage variation requests in line with client procedures and respond effectively to customer, client and staff enquiries.
  • Champion H&S - ensure compliance with our Operating Framework and maintain high standards around PPE, vehicles, livery and ID.
  • Support commercial success - monitor operating costs and productivity metrics, working closely with commercial colleagues.

    Experience supervising within repairs & maintenance, ideally within voids or property turnaround environments.
  • Confident team leadership and strong supply chain management skills.
  • A track record of delivering KPI performance, efficiency and quality.
  • Excellent planning, scheduling and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong understanding of health & safety and stakeholder engagement.
