Working hours: Part time (flexible on working hours) Keeping day to day logistics operations moving and supporting a smooth workflow Communicating clearly with internal teams and customers to meet requirements and resolve queries Processing, handling and delivering orders on time and in line with agreed service levels Preparing equipment in advance of project deadlines - for example, organising stock the day before an urgent requirement Working closely with project managers to understand upcoming needs and plan ahead Maintaining accurate records, documentation and operational paperwork Carrying out physical tasks such as loading and unloading equipment when needed Ability to obtain DV clearance Full UK driving licence (essential for using the work vehicle and travelling between sites) Strong ICT skills and confident communication abilities, with the capability to engage effectively with a range of stakeholders Experience in a logistics, warehousing or distribution environment is ideal,
