Full Job Description
We're creating something special. We are joining forces to create the biggest mobile network provider in the UK. Through our collective strengths and talents, we will transform customers' experience and create a best-in-class network for coverage, connectivity, and reliability, delivering greater value and more choice for the nation than ever before. There are very few moments in our careers where we can feel the ground shifting beneath us, where we can sense that something bigger than we've known before is taking shape. We're not just building a company. We're going to build a culture, a legacy and a future to be proud of. This will require remarkable leadership and together we can set the standard in the industry and beyond for both customer and employee experience, in what it is a career-defining opportunity. The GTM Planning & Governance Specialist plays a pivotal role in enabling predictable, scalable go-to-market execution. You will lead quarterly planning cycles, manage governance and capacity, and facilitate cross-functional forums that keep teams aligned and moving forward. You'll assess change impacts, deliver insight-driven recommendations, and ensure brands and channels stay coordinated. This role also champions continuous improvement and provides high-quality reporting and stakeholder engagement to support confident, data-led decision-making. What you'll do
- Lead the GTM Front Door intake process, ensuring new requests are clear, aligned, and ready for action.
- Evaluate resource needs early, spotting potential constraints or conflicts before they become blockers.
- Bring planning inputs together into a single, cohesive view that empowers senior stakeholders to make confident decisions.
- Serve as a central connector across planning, commercial, product, marketing, sales, and channel operations teams.
- Drive operational GTM planning forums, setting clear agendas, guiding decisions, and ensuring strong follow-through.
