As part of this journey, you'll play a pivotal role in leading the operational delivery of third party governance, renewals and supplier performance management. You'll ensure consistency, financial discipline and compliance across complex contract lifecycles, while driving the execution of our third party strategy in partnership with Procurement, VPC and operational teams. It's a chance to influence at scale, set new standards and contribute to a future ready network that delivers greater value and choice for millions. Lead the smooth delivery of
third party operational reviews, ensuring clear actions, accurate reporting and timely escalation of issues. Oversee end to end contract renewals, from data gathering and commercial baselining to preparing high quality documentation for senior stakeholders. Maintain and embed robust third party governance frameworks, ensuring full compliance with policies, approvals, cadence and audit standards. Produce insightful supplier performance and commercial reporting, including KPIs, service trends, risks and issues. Support RFI/RFP activity by coordinating documentation, timelines, evaluation materials and cross functional collaboration. Manage volumetric, cost and payment governance models, validating supplier data and tracking year end reconciliations. Ensure accurate application of accounting principles for supplier arrangements, preparing evidence, reconciliations and audit ready records. Act as a key liaison across suppliers, Procurement, VPC and Finance Operations to drive alignment,
clarity and timely delivery of commitments. Experience in supplier management, procurement operations, commercial governance or finance operations within a complex environment. Strong understanding of contract lifecycles, renewals, governance frameworks and commercial baselining. Ability to interpret financial, commercial and operational data and translate insights clearly for stakeholders. Background working with Procurement, Legal, Finance or vendor facing teams. High attention to detail, with accuracy in documentation control, reporting and data validation. Excellent organisational skills, able to manage structured cadences and balance competing priorities. Confident analytical capability to support forecasting, modelling and cost tracking. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including with senior leaders and external partners.
