Full Job Description
This individual will ensure that apprentices successfully start, progress and complete their apprenticeship in a timely manner. They will support their apprentices through their qualification ensuring that individuals are prepared and ready for gateway in a timely manner. You will regularly carry our learning reviews with the apprentices remotely and ensure that employers support and engage with the qualification. You will support all elements of the apprenticeship and work closely with colleagues to ensure that the apprentice has a excellent experience.
Level 2 Maths and English or be prepared to work towards. Level 3 Assessors Award / Award in Education and Training or equivalent or be prepared to work towards. Level 5 CIPD People Professional Qualification and/ or have at least 3 years experience as a manager with HR experience The successful candidate will demonstrate strong IT skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Teams and other Microsoft tools. They will be highly self-motivated, with the ability to manage their own workload and adapt effectively to change. They will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills. A professional approach is essential at all times, along with a willingness to travel to the college when required, although this will be limited within the role.
