Visitor Operations Assistants

We are looking for an enthusiastic and collaborative marketing professional to take ownership of developing and executing the in-house paid digital marketing strategies at Opera North. This is a rare opportunity to delve deep into paid digital in the arts. You'll have agency of the paid digital campaigns.,

• Design, build and deliver in-house paid digital marketing campaigns from end-to-end on a range of platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn and PPC (pay-per-click) search and display campaigns.
• Define and manage the paid digital marketing schedule and use shared planning tools to ensure ads are timely and integrated with all other campaign activity.
• Manage the paid digital budgets, adjusting where necessary based on strategic insight.
• Collaborate with the Website & SEO Specialist on keyword research for search ads to ensure the maximum success search rankings and ads.
• Write and proofread fluent and compelling advertising copy.
• Target adverts at specific customer segments and consumer groups.
• Split-test content and creative to learn and continuously improve results.
• Support the work of the wider Acquisition Marketing team in other areas as required.
• Perform related duties or projects as assigned / directed., Pension: Opera North will automatically enroll you into the company pension scheme upon appointment and after 3 months' service will contribute equivalent to 5.5% of your basic pay, should you meet the current legislative criteria. You will be required to make a personal contribution of 2.5% of your basic pay. We reserve the right to make future changes to our pension arrangements.
