Shakespeare's Globe are seeking Visitor Operations Assistants to join the Visitor and Audience Operations team on a permanent, full-time basis, to help us create a warm, welcoming and memorable experience for everyone who visits Shakespeare's Globe., As a Visitor Operations Assistant, you'll work across our busy site supporting tours, exhibitions, performances, events, workshops and retail. You'll welcome and assist visitors, share your knowledge of the Globe, support access needs, help with sales and ensure our public spaces remain safe, welcoming and well presented.
