We are now recruiting for Visitor Experience Supervisors who welcome visitors to the theatre in an individual and informed way whilst delivering the highest standard of customer service at all times.

You will support the theatre having knowledge of activities and events whilst ensuring a smooth operation in line with policies and procedures. You will be fully trained to perform different duties at various times across the theatre. This role is the first escalation point for any customer interactions, complaint or query.

We are looking for individuals who are passionate about delivering an excellent customer experience. We are particularly interested to hear from applicants who are available to work Friday, Saturday, and Sunday evenings.

On occasion, this role assume the responsibilities of a Duty Manager as and when required., Castle Howard is seeking a dedicated and highly organized leader to oversee our magical "Father Christmas in the Castle" experience. This role involves managing front of house operations, the acting team and all technical and backstage elements to ensure the seamless delivery of the show., The Customer Operation Team facilitate exceptional experiences. Whether customers are coming to see a world-class performance in our Donald Gordan Theatre or enjoying a coffee in our welcoming foyer café - Ffwrnais - our goal remains the same: to ensure that all visitors to WMC have a positive, enriching and lasting experience., The purpose of the job will be to help prepare, implement and operate performance related lighting, sound and AV equipment for Opera North productions both in Leeds and on tour. The successful candidate will be expected to work effectively as part of the team, making sure that all activities are carried out to the highest standards of safety., We are looking for an experienced Company Manager to join our Company of MJ: The Michael Jackson Musical during its Asian International Tour. The Company Manager is directly responsible for leading the Tour, supporting the Production Team, and the tasks of the Company Management department. Role commences early December 2026.
