Full Job Description
Cliveden's team are close-knit with a wonderful sense of community. You'll be reporting to the Senior Visitor Experience Officer, working closely with the colleagues in the Visitor Experience Team and wider property to ensure the delivery of programming and events is smooth operationally, departments feel involved, and objectives are met., The role will help drive the delivery of our seasonal family trails and Christmas offer, new interpretation around the gardens, and play a key role in creating our future programming plans. You will be supervising and supporting volunteers and organising rotas. You'll be supporting the Duty Manager and the operational demands of the site on a day-to-day basis. You'll receive appropriate training and be required to complete occasional Duty Manger shifts.
We'd love to hear from you if you're:
- used to multiple deadlines and managing your own workload
- skilled in organisation and planning, with a good eye for detail
- good at talking to, and getting on with, all kinds of people
- a hard-working and committed team player
- comfortable with IT: Microsoft Office, as well as web and social media
- experienced in producing interpretive materials, such as displays and exhibitions, and marketing or promotional materials
- familiar with health and safety procedures

This is a unique opportunity for a proactive and creative person, who can assist on driving visitor numbers and diversifying our audiences through programming and events. You'll be based at the Cliveden Estate but will support the programming and partnerships development across the wider Cliveden property group (Maidenhead and Cookham Commons, Dorneywood Garden, and Gray's Monument). Salary: 27,612 per annum Contract Duration: Permanent Working Hours: 37.5 hrs/week Working Pattern: You will be required to work some evenings and weekends throughout the year (including Bank holidays) depending on the operational demands of the site., The package The National Trust has the motto 'For everyone, for ever' at its heart.
