Responsibilities

You'll be responsible for preparing, painting, vinyl wrapping and finishing Formula One components—delivering the highest standard of visual excellence without ever compromising aerodynamic performance.

What You'll Do

• Prepare surfaces to ensure flawless finish and protect aerodynamic performance


• Carry out detailed masking and re-masking to achieve precision finishing


• Apply vinyl wraps and detailing to the highest standards, including critical edge treatments


• Spray paint components in line with design and marketing intent across race and show car programmes


• Finish 3D printed parts, tooling and pattern work


• Drive weight optimisation while maintaining uncompromised quality


• Work safely and in line with all health and safety requirements

Qualifications

What You'll Bring

• Experience in high-end paint processes (masking, priming, colour finishing) within motorsport or similar industries


• Strong knowledge of vinyl application techniques and finishing standards


• Understanding of composite components and their finishing to F1 aerodynamic and brand standards


• Experience in process improvement and continuous development


• Personal attributes


• Exceptional attention to detail


• Able to perform in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment


• Results-driven with a relentless focus on quality


• Strong team player who supports the wider team and objectives
