Salary: Competitive + Benefits + BonusLocation: Bournemouth (Head Office)Reporting to: Senior Property Consultant, We're looking for a highly organised and customer-focused Viewings & Enquiries Co-Ordinator to join our busy Resales team. This is a fast-paced, office-based role where you'll play a key part in supporting property sales by managing viewings, handling enquiries, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
You'll work closely with Property Consultants, House and Estate Managers, vendors, and buyers to ensure every interaction runs smoothly-helping us achieve and exceed sales targets while maximising the value of every property viewing.
What You'll Be Doing
Coordinating and booking property viewings, ensuring all parties are fully informed
Handling incoming calls and enquiries from potential buyers and sellers
Following up after viewings to gather feedback and communicating this to vendors
Matching buyers with suitable properties and suggesting alternatives where needed
Supporting Property Consultants by passing on qualified buyers ready to make offers
Managing the Resales Enquiry Mailbox and ensuring timely responses
Recording and maintaining accurate data on the sales system
Converting leads into viewings and supporting the sales pipeline
Producing notifications and updates for buyers and sellers
Assisting with training new team members and participating in ongoing training
Previous experience in estate agency, lettings, property sales, or a similar customer-focused role (desirable)
Strong administrative and organisational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Confident using Microsoft Office and web-based systems
Experience handling enquiries and following up leads within deadlines

Qualifications
GCSE Maths and English (Grade C/4 or above) or equivalent
