Full Job Description

  • Meet prospective clients at the properties for viewings.
  • Liaise with customers and clients in a professional, polite and respectful manner fitting of a Savills' Representative.
  • Have a good understanding of the property market.
  • Fantastic Business acumen with ability to keep up with the latest trends in the property industry and local market.
  • Continually examine performance and evolve accordingly.
  • To have knowledge & experience of Sevenoaks and the surrounding areas

    We are seeking an enthusiastic, confident, and personable individual with strong communication skills to join our Sevenoaks Sales team as a Viewing Assistant.
  • This role involves supporting the team in line with business requirements throughout the week, including weekends. Applicants must hold a valid UK driving licence and have regular access to a vehicle, as travel will be required.,
  • Self-motivated.
  • Adaptable, excellent people skills.
  • Confident dealing with clients and purchasers.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to quickly build rapport.
