VIE - HR Project Officer

Support the development and implementation of a sustainable employee engagement strategy that enhances employee experience, strengthens organisational culture and increases workforce engagement through data-driven initiatives. o Review existing employee engagement data, surveys and feedback mechanisms to identify key trends and opportunities. o Benchmark engagement practices against Safran Group companies and external organisations to identify best practice. o Support the design of an employee engagement roadmap aligned to business objectives. o Assist in creating communication and engagement campaigns to improve employee participation and awareness. o Produce engagement dashboards and KPIs to measure progress and evaluate initiative effectiveness. o Coordinate pilot engagement initiatives and evaluate outcomes to recommend future improvements.

• Project 2 - Organisational Capability & Skills Development
Support the evaluation, refinement and ongoing development of the organisational Skills Matrix framework by analysing the outcomes of the initial implementation, identifying opportunities for improvement and recommending enhancements that strengthen organisational capability and workforce planning. o Analyse the results of the first organisational Skills Matrix assessments to identify trends, strengths, capability gaps and areas requiring further development including the consistency and effectiveness of managers' assessments. . o Engage with managers and key stakeholders to gather qualitative feedback on the usability, effectiveness and value of the Skills Matrix process. o Evaluate the effectiveness of the current framework and assessment criteria, recommending improvements where required. o Support the development of organisational reporting and dashboards that provide insight into capability levels, skills gaps and organisational development priorities. o Identify common development needs and support the translation of Skills Matrix outcomes into learning and development priorities. o Develop guidance, resources and recommendations to improve future Skills Matrix completion and ensure greater consistency across the organisation. o Recommend a governance and continuous improvement approach to support future annual Skills Matrix reviews and ongoing framework development.


• Human Resources related Degree / HND, or equivalent experience
