Vice Principal - South View Academy: L11-15
South View Academy is a new, purpose-built 3-19 Special Free School opening in September 2027. It is being opened by Wellspring Academy Trust, in partnership with North Yorkshire Council and the Department for Education.

We are currently looking for a Vice Principal who is:
- An inspirational leader and outstanding practitioner with the expertise to drive educational excellence, supporting the Head of School in establishing and sustaining expert teaching that meets the diverse special educational needs of our pupils.
- Passionate about curriculum innovation and development, ensuring all children access a broad, balanced and deeply personalised entitlement that prepares them for the opportunities, responsibilities and independence of adult life.
- A collaborative and strategic deputy, capable of managing day to day school operations alongside the leadership team while fostering a school wide culture of understanding, cooperation and mutual respect.
We need a leader who is highly motivated, dynamic and possesses the resilience and focus to join us at the very start of our journey. Only the very best will do as our children deserve only the best.
