Vice President / Associate, Fixed Income eCommerce

Experteer Overview In this role, you will optimize RBC's fixed income electronic trading platforms and drive platform adoption with trading, sales and clients. You'll monitor performance metrics, coordinate platform enhancements and go-lives, and help shape client experiences and franchise growth. You will work across desks, technology and clients to identify gaps and deliver targeted improvements within a dynamic capital markets environment. • Support trading and sales teams to ensure correct platform access and optimal user experience Monitor platform hit rates and client response metrics, coordinating optimization strategies to improve market share Coordinate new platform functionality and product releases, including go-lives, requirements gathering, troubleshooting and regulatory changes Review quarterly platform rankings, identify client gaps and response trends, and develop improvement initiatives and marketing materials Maintain and develop RBC's client and venue relationships to support franchise growth Identify and escalate process and technology gaps to relevant teams, recommending stronger controls and operational effectiveness Support IT enhancements and technology initiatives within the e-trading space Tasks Experience in Fixed Income Electronic Trading Solutions with understanding of interest rate products (cash & derivatives) Strong analytical skills with ability to monitor metrics and identify optimization opportunities Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities across trading, sales, clients, and technology teams Familiarity with major electronic trading platforms (Tradeweb, Bloomberg, MarketAxess) Ability to coordinate multiple workstreams and manage project timelines Relevant experience in fixed income or e-trading Key requirements comprehensive Total Rewards Program bonuses flexible benefits competitive compensation world-class training program coaching and development opportunities
