Full Job Description
As a Senior Veterinary Surgeon, you will work closely with the Director of Practice and Clinical Services to support clinical excellence, contribute to team development, and help shape the future of the practice. This role combines hands-on clinical work with leadership responsibilities, including mentoring colleagues, supporting clinical standards, and contributing to the management of more complex cases. Our patients are predominantly cats and dogs, accompanied by rabbits, small furries, the occasional chicken and the odd wildlife case. Sheringham attracts many holidaymakers, so during peak seasons we also see a higher volume of tourists, giving you interesting variety in your consults. Each of our vets enjoys a guaranteed ops day, typically involving routine but rewarding surgeries such as spays, castrates, lumpectomies, dentals, splenectomies, and more. While we have the ability to refer, we aim for continuity wherever possible and keep most cases in-house.,

You are a confident and motivated veterinary surgeon who enjoys working as part of a team and is committed to delivering high-quality patient and client care. You'll bring: - A Veterinary degree and registration (or eligibility to register) with the RCVS
- Experience working in clinical practice with growing confidence in routine medical and surgical cases
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships with clients and colleagues
