Whether you're newly qualified, returning to practice after a break, or an experienced vet seeking a new challenge, we're keen to hear from you. Our 100% small animal practice offers a varied and engaging caseload, excellent clinical support, and genuine opportunities for growth. Role and responsibilities The role provides a balanced mix of clinical work with opportunities to develop and apply your interests in a supportive environment. You'll contribute to high standards of patient care within a modern, purpose-built practice. Flexibility and hours

• Full-time (4 days/week) with 2 days of ops and 2 days of consults - 6:30pm finish
• Part-time hours - flexible and family-friendly to suit your schedule
• Saturdays: 1 in 3 rota (9:00am - 12:00pm)
• No OOH and no bank holidays
• Option to pick up additional locum shifts at our OOH partner, Vets Now in Newport
Practice and facilities
• Based in Cwmbran, 10-minute walk from Cwmbran train station; close to major bus routes
• 4 consult rooms, including a dedicated discharge/euthanasia room
• Double operating theatre - ideal for new grads learning in theatre
• Separate kennels and cattery
• IDEXX in-house lab machines
Team and development You'll be joining a supportive team with:
• 4 experienced Vets with advanced practitioner status and special interests in Cardiology and Diagnostic Ultrasound
• 6 RVNs with advanced certificates and ongoing professional development
• 1 Veterinary Care Assistant, 3 Receptionists + 1 Admin, and a Practice Manager
