Full Job Description
A well-established small animal practice in Staffordshire is seeking a Veterinary Surgeon with a strong interest in surgery to join its friendly and supportive team. This opportunity is ideal for a clinician looking to further develop their surgical skillset, with exposure to a varied caseload. An interest in orthopaedics would be advantageous. The successful candidate will work alongside an experienced clinical lead with a strong medical focus, making this an excellent opportunity for a surgically inclined veterinary professional to complement and enhance the practice's clinical offering. The Practice The practice benefits from a close-knit and collaborative team, including veterinary professionals and dedicated support staff, all committed to delivering high-quality, personalised care. Facilities include:

- Dedicated prep and theatre space The Role This is a full-time position of 40 hours per week, with a future weekend rota of 1 in 3 Saturdays (09:00 - 14:00). The role includes one day of sole charge per week, so confidence in clinical decision-making is essential.
