The clinical team is highly experienced and genuinely multidisciplinary, with multiple certificate holders and advanced practitioners across medicine, surgery, ECC, imaging, and other key disciplines. This creates a strong internal referral culture and excellent support for case discussion, development, and progression across all levels. The caseload is busy, varied, and fast-paced, ideal for a vet who thrives in a dynamic hospital environment with strong clinical support and continuous learning at it's core. Branch work offers further exposure to sole charge practice, with the safety net of full hospital backup when required.
