Veterinary Receptionist - Reading

This is a primarily administrative role, focused on overseeing the practice's insurance processes and supporting financial operations. You will work closely with the Practice Manager to ensure smooth day-to-day administration, maintain compliance, and support effective account management.,

• Providing exceptional service to our clients and the highest standard of care to their pets, acting as a key link between clients and the clinical team.
• Building strong relationships with clients, their pets, and your colleagues, which will be essential to your success.
• Ensuring every client leaves the practice feeling completely satisfied, having received outstanding service and looking forward to their next visit.
• Greeting clients warmly, offering support and guidance, and confidently managing payments and future bookings.
• Coordinating the smooth day-to-day running of the practice using our online booking system, so strong computer skills are essential.
