Veterinary Receptionist - Cardiff

We're opening a brand-new Vets for Pets practice in Cardiff Ty Glas and are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic Receptionist to join our team from the very beginning. As the first face our clients see and the friendly voice on the phone, you'll play a vital role in creating an exceptional experience for both our clients and their pets. About Us Our new practice is led by experienced veterinary professionals who are passionate about delivering outstanding patient care while creating a workplace where people genuinely enjoy coming to work. About the Role This is a varied and rewarding role where no two days are the same. You'll be responsible for making every client feel welcome while helping the practice run smoothly. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Welcoming clients and their pets with a warm, professional approach.
• Answering telephone and email enquiries.
• Booking appointments and managing the practice diary.
• Taking payments and handling client accounts.
• Maintaining accurate records using our practice management system.
• Supporting the veterinary and nursing team with administration.
• Keeping the reception area organised, tidy and inviting.

• Loves providing outstanding customer service.
