Veterinary Receptionist

We're looking for a friendly, compassionate, and professional Veterinary Receptionist to join our wonderful front-of-house team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working with both people and pets and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service. As the first point of contact for our clients, you'll play a key role in creating a warm, welcoming experience while supporting the smooth day-to-day running of our busy veterinary practice. What You'll Be Doing

• Greeting clients and their pets with a friendly and professional approach
• Managing appointments and diary scheduling
• Handling telephone and email enquiries
• Processing payments and maintaining accurate client records
• Supporting the veterinary team with administrative tasks
• Providing reassurance and empathy to pet owners during both routine and challenging visits
  
  Has excellent customer service and communication skills
• Is caring, confident, and empathetic
• Enjoys working as part of a team
• Is organised and able to multitask in a busy environment
• Has good administration and computer skills
• Shares our passion for delivering outstanding care to both clients and their pets, Previous reception or customer service experience is desirable, although full training will be provided for the right candidate.
