Full Job Description

Providing hands on care and support for patients
Supporting with caring, compassionate patient handling and restraint
Assisting and supporting the nurses and vets and wider practice team
Ensuring a hygienic environment through infection control measures and regular cleaning protocols
Maintaining theatres and prep areas through surgical kit cleaning, sterilisation and preparing equipment and surgical packs
Assisting reception by telephone answering and face to face client interactions

Caring, compassionate and genuinely passionate about animals
Dynamic, well-organised, hard-working and willing to get stuck in
Able to remain calm under pressure and work efficiently in a fast paced environment
Confident in verbal and written communication and able to deal with clients in a professional and empathetic manner
Confident in using computers and answering telephones
A good team player with a positive attitude and able to work independently and manage your own workload

12.71/hour
Part time hours over different shifts in between the hours of 8am and 8pm Monday to Friday
1 in 4 Saturdays 9am until 3pm
Working in a great, fast paced environment where experience is not necessary as training will be given
