Veterinary Care Assistant / Receptionist - Beckenham

We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and passionate Veterinary Care Assistant / Receptionist to join our Beckenham Vets for Pets practice! Our practice is bright, spacious, air-conditioned and purpose built to industry leading standards and has state of the art equipment including digital X-ray and in-house laboratory facilities.

• VCA responsibilities will involve supporting with clinical care of animals, so a high standard of animal care skills and experience are required.
• Receptionist duties will include assisting all colleagues with non-clinical duties to support smooth running of the practice and provide the best standard of patient care.
Full or Part Time hours available with 1 in 3 Saturday only weekends (Monday to Friday 8:45am - 7pm / Saturday 8:45am - 5pm) Alternative hours: 5 day week 11am-7pm If you share our passion for delivering outstanding pet healthcare, exceptional customer service and would like to join our team, then we would love to hear from you.

• The role involves animal handling and predominantly supporting the veterinary team in all aspects of clinical practice, therefore we are ideally looking for candidates with previous experience.
There will be significant reception and front of house responsibility with the role therefore you will also need to have strong communication and customer service skills.
