What You'll GainVenture Capital Training (Weeks 1-2)The internship begins with two weeks of structured training designed to build the core skills used in venture investing, including:
VC fund structures and economicsVenture roles and sourcing workflowsSAFEs, convertible notes, and preferred equityTerm sheets (control + economics) and cap table modeling basicsStartup diligence fundamentals (market, product, team, traction)Investment memo writingExit dynamics and portfolio math
Top candidates who pass the training assessments advance to placement.
Venture Experience & Placement (Weeks 3-10)After training, interns work directly with our partner network (micro-VCs, venture studios, accelerators, and angel syndicates) to support:deal flow and sourcingmarket mapping and thesis researchcompetitive landscape researchstartup evaluations and deal memosdiligence support and IC-prep style briefs
