Full Job Description
- Performing thorough routine servicing, scheduled maintenance, and vehicle health checks on VAG group vehicles.
- Carrying out core mechanical work, including timing chains/belts, brakes, suspension, and diagnostic troubleshooting.
- Working collaboratively in pairs on larger repair tasks (such as clutches) to maintain smooth, efficient workshop output.
- Utilizing modern diagnostic tools to isolate and fix mechanical and electrical faults accurately.
- Maintaining a clean, safe bay and delivering a "right-first-time" standard of workmanship.
Proven Skilled Technician / Mechanic Experience: Strong hands-on background in diagnostic fault-finding, timing chains/belts, and general servicing. - VAG Experience is a Plus, Not a Must: Direct Volkswagen/Audi experience is beneficial, but any competent, skilled technician willing to learn the specialist product line is welcome!
