Vehicle Technician / Mechanic

Working in a modern workshop environment, you'll be responsible for diagnosing, repairing and servicing Jaguar and Land Rover vehicles, using manufacturer-leading tools, equipment and training. You'll also carry out vehicle road testing, ensure parts are handled and stored correctly, and support the development of apprentices and junior technicians where required. • Hold an NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Repair, or equivalent qualification
• Have strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
• Be able to carry out servicing, maintenance and repairs to a high standard
• Have excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical information clearly
• Be committed to maintaining and developing your technical knowledge
• Be confident using diagnostic equipment and completing quality checks
• Work effectively as part of a team and support less experienced colleagues
Previous franchised retailer experience would be advantageous, and experience working with hybrid or electric vehicles would be beneficial.
