  Top Basic Pay: £35,000 - £45,000 guaranteed basic salary (tailored directly to your experience).

What You'll Do
• Department Setup: Assist with the technical setup, diagnostic workflow, and tooling for our new VAG department.
• Core Repairs: Cambelts, chains, clutches, suspension, brakes, steering setups, and engine overhauls.
• Diagnostics & Servicing: Trace & fix complex electrical/mechanical faults across VAG models and specialist vehicles.
