Vertu Vauxhall Northampton is excited to welcome a new, dedicated Vehicle Technician to join our team! Whether you're early in your career or bringing years of experience, we value your skills, passion, and commitment to quality. Salary Range: Up to £49,350 (depending on your skills and experience) with additional bonus opportunity of up to £5000. This is based on a Average 42-hour working week with no Saturday working. We're also offering a £4000 sign-on bonus. You'll receive £2000 when you join us and an additional £2000 in month 13 of your employment. What You'll Be Doing As a Vehicle Technician, you'll play a key role in delivering an honest, reliable, and professional experience for every customer. Your day-to-day tasks will involve:

• Diagnosing, repairing, and servicing vehicles to the highest standards
• Applying your technical expertise to both routine and complex repairs
• Taking pride in achieving quality results and first-time fixes
We welcome individuals who take pride in their work, enjoy solving problems, and thrive in a collaborative environment. What You'll Need
• A relevant qualification (e.g., City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3 in Automotive)
• Hands-on experience working as a Vehicle Technician
• Your own set of tools
• A full UK driving licence

• Prep Technician - Up to £37,800
• Service & Maintenance Technician - Up to £38,850
• Service & Diagnostic Technician - Up to £42,000
