Full Job Description
- Perform a full range of inspections, diagnostics, maintenance and repair procedures on vehicles, trailers and mechanical equipment.
- Use personal toolkit to undertake routine maintenance and repair on light and heavy goods vehicles.
- Access specialist tooling and shared equipment in modern, fully equipped workshops.
Level 3 qualified mechanic in Light or Heavy vehicle (or equivalent). Own personal toolkit for standard repairs. - Proven experience working on a wide range of vehicles, e.g. LCV and HGV.
- Full manual UK driving licence.
- High working standards - take pride in quality of work.
- Flexible and able to work on a rotating shift rota, supporting the team when required.

This role offers a competitive salary of up to £50 k including overtime and a stable, diverse work environment., Full time - 39.5 hours per week on a rotating shift pattern (Week 1: 06:00-14:30, Week 2: 07:00-15:30, Week 3: 11:30-22:00). On a rolling basis one Saturday per three weeks (06:00-14:30) with a weekday day off., Salary £40,906 base. - Weekend supplement on Saturdays (£53.66 per shift) per attendance.
