Full Job Description
- Facilitate the repair and diagnosis of vehicle faults of franchised manufacturer Light Commercial Vehicles
- Undertake electronic VHCs and video checks
- Ensure that any vehicles are repaired and serviced in a timely manner.
- Develop and upkeep a high level of technical competence via manufacturer training
- Liaise with the Service Advisor's and Service Manager regarding any issues
- Provide a knowledgeable, courteous, and efficient service to all workshop customers
Proven experience in a Mechanic or Vehicle Technician role - NVQ Level 3 Qualifications or equivalent, Level 2 may be considered dependent on experience.
- Excellent Communications skills
- Be able to work both independently and as a team
- Can adhere to a specific working process
- Be willing to develop and expand on your mechanical knowledge
- Full UK Driving Licence. - Preferably Clean
