We currently have a vacancy at our Fareham workshop, where your vehicle maintenance and repair skills will be used to ensure the fleet is kept fully operational. You will be required to work on a variety of fleet vehicles, which includes high performance cars for teams such as roads policing and armed response, and vans for public order operations which may be used across the UK for mutual aid operations. As well as undertaking servicing and repairs and vehicle road tests, you will be required to carry out basic vehicle fits to ensure they are ready for police use. As part of the role you will get opportunities to support local and national events.

You will receive continued professional development which includes attending MOT courses and refreshers, IMI Level 3 accreditation for electric vehicles (EV's), plus we supply all tools and clothing including PPE you need for the role.
