Job Description

On-target earnings up to £40,910 comprising a base salary of £32,650 - £35,910. An uncapped monthly bonus scheme with average additional earnings of £5,000 per year. 5 days a week (Closed on Sundays). Earn extra with our refer a friend scheme. T&Cs Apply.

Role Overview

Qualified Mechanic or Technician? Join Halfords as a Vehicle Service Technician, where you will carry out interim, full, and major services, as well as follow-up repairs and replacement work. This includes tyres, brakes, transmission, steering, suspension, among others.

Skills and Experience

• Must have a Level 2 in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent OR time served experience


• Must have a full drivers licence with no more than 9 points


• Experience of delivering interim, full, and major services plus relevant repair and replacement work (brakes, suspension, and steering component replacement, air con service, etc.)
