Full Job Description

The Vehicle Finance & Sales Administrator role places you at the heart of the Swansea Volkswagen team, where you will be permanently based. While your work will support multiple brands and sites across the Sinclair Group, your day-to-day duties, team environment and primary workplace will remain at the Swansea Volkswagen dealership. You will be responsible for: Our Vehicle Finance & Sales Administrators support the Sales team by managing key administrative tasks linked to vehicle sales and finance administration across multiple brands and sites. This includes submitting finance proposals, processing customer eSigns, managing pay-outs, preparing and maintaining documentation, and delivering helpful, professional customer support. The role will also provide Sales Administration support for the Volkswagen division.

  • Previous administration experience and confidence using common office programs such as Excel and Outlook.
  • Ability to input data quickly and accurately - experience with Dealer Management System is beneficial but not required.
  • Ability to work to a high standard, ensuring all digital documentation is completed securely and accurately.
  • Strong communication skills making you an effective communicator
  • Capable of working alone or collaboratively, engaging with dealership colleagues to support smooth customer service.
  • Strong organisation, proactive thinking, and a problem-solving approach are essential for success in the role.
