Full Job Description
- Determine extent of damage, whether this be structural, body, mechanical or interior damage
- Calculate and produce an estimate cost of repair
- Document damages, parts required and estimated time of repair on Autosoft 2020
- Liaise with the workshop and management as required
- Familiarise yourself with the workings of all company departments and assist as required
- Ensure all vehicles are estimated, with correct repairs and timings identified in line with individual manufacturer standards
- Carry out estimates and inspections on vehicles to determine repair methods required
- Ability to work independently but liaise effectively with colleagues and support each department to ensure quality is maintained
- Be familiar with the workings of other departments and the ability to multi-task to support other areas throughout busy period
Previous experience within the automotive industry - Competent in Estimating and Automotive Inspections with at least two years experience
