VCARB F1 Team - Midweight Brand Designer

We are looking for a motivated Brand Designer who will work across multiple projects simultaneously, delivering high-quality creative work while contributing to the ongoing evolution of the VCARB brand on a global stage. They will be responsible for delivering bold, culturally relevant creative at pace across print, digital and social platforms, helping Visa Cash App Racing Bulls connect Formula One with fashion, music, art and youth culture. RESPONSIBILITIESAreas that play to your strengths All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:

• Deliver high-quality, visually compelling work across print, digital and social including marketing collateral, web assets, infographics and deck presentations.
Take briefs and turn them into bold, culturally relevant creative across multiple channels and formats. Create impactful branding concepts and presentation decks for prospective partners. Develop concept-first creative solutions that challenge convention and push work beyond the expected. Create work that connects with Gen Z and culture-first audiences on a global stage. Support photoshoots and major seasonal launches including special liveries, apparel drops and global campaigns. Produce creative work that maintains a high standard of craft, attention to detail and visual storytelling. Balance creative ambition with commercial awareness to ensure work supports wider business objectives.
• Be an advocate for and maintain a cohesive visual identity across all outputs aligned with VCARB brand guidelines.
Work collaboratively with teams across the business and external partners to bring big ideas to life and make great work happen. Support the Commercial Team by creating impactful branding concepts and presentation materials for prospective partners. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, suppliers and creative partners. Contribute creative thinking and cultural insight across fashion, music, art, sport and youth culture initiatives. Confidently challenge briefs, back creative ideas and push the quality of work further.
• Prepare artwork for print production and liaise with suppliers to ensure consistent quality across all printed materials.
Oversee the design and production process to ensure work is delivered accurately and to the highest standard. Manage the file architecture of all design work to ensure projects can be easily located, accessed and maintained. Deliver work within tight deadlines and changing priorities whilst maintaining quality and attention to detail. Work in a professional manner at all times and proactively promote a positive image of the department, team and sponsors.


• Strong midweight designer with a bold, culturally aware portfolio full of energy and ideas.
• Degree in Graphic Design or a related field (preferred).
• Relevant agency or in-house marketing experience demonstrating confidence working with major brands.
• Portfolio that demonstrates concept-first thinking and strong execution across multiple formats.
• Experience creating for digital and social-first platforms.
• Sharp eye for branding, typography and visual storytelling.
• Strong understanding of design principles including typography, colour, layout and composition.
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects and Acrobat.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to creative excellence.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team.
• Adaptability in response to shifting priorities and emerging trends.
• Creative problem-solver who thinks beyond the obvious.
