Job Title: Van Driver

Location: Cwmbran

Pay Rate: £12.71 p/h

Hours: 08:30 – 17:00

Shifts:

Monday – Friday
16th July – 30th July

We are currently recruiting for a temporary delivery Driver to support our client's busy operations for a short term assignment

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately pick and prepare customer orders, ensuring deliveries are completed safely and in line with planned schedules.
Complete all delivery paperwork and administration accurately and within required timescales.
Deliver excellent customer service by meeting agreed delivery standards for products and consumables.
Carry out general warehouse housekeeping duties and support stock rotation to maintain an organised and efficient depot.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers during deliveries, acting as a professional representative of the business.
Respond to customer queries and complaints professionally, resolving issues where possible or escalating them appropriately.
Identify opportunities to promote additional products or services and communicate potential sales leads to the relevant team.
Take responsibility for the allocated vehicle by carrying out daily safety inspections, maintaining cleanliness, and reporting any defects or maintenance requirements promptly.

What We're Looking For:

A valid driving licence
Previous experience desirable.
Good attention to detail with the ability to complete paperwork accurately.
A reliable, safety-conscious approach to work.
An in-date DBS is desirable
