We re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Value Stream Manager to help create value across our supply chain operations. In this role, you ll play a key part in helping our supply chain run more efficiently and effectively. You will support and improve how products move through the value stream from planning and data management to packaging, artwork, and supplier coordination all while making sure we continue to meet customer expectations on time and within budget.
Key responsibilities include:
+ Supporting the integration and flow of processes across the supply chain to improve efficiency and performance.
+ Creating, maintaining, and improving accurate data in SAP to ensure smooth planning and operations.
+ Leading the artwork origination process for new and updated packaging.
+ Acting as the product coordinator for our SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) process.
+ Managing third-party activities, including the flow of externally manufactured goods and packaging.
+ Contributing to the continuous development of our supplier website, in partnership with suppliers, internal teams, and our digital specialists.

We re looking for someone who s naturally curious, collaborative, and motivated by improving how things work. You ll have a background in manufacturing, supply chain or procurement, and be confident working with data, people, and processes.
To succeed in this role, you ll need:
+ Experience in supply chain or procurement, preferably in a manufacturing setting.
+ A solid understanding of SAP or similar systems, with a keen eye for detail and data accuracy.
+ The ability to manage projects and coordinate multiple activities at once.
+ Strong communication and collaboration skills you ll be working closely with colleagues across the business and with external partners.
+ Experience with packaging or print processes would be an advantage, but it s not essential. This is a great role for someone who enjoys driving improvements, solving problems, and supporting a well-functioning supply chain.
