Full Job Description
- Lead day-to-day production operations, ensuring targets, quality, and safety standards are met
- Manage and develop a small team of production operators, setting clear direction and expectations
- Take ownership of the end-to-end value stream-from materials supply through to finished product
- Work closely with suppliers to ensure continuity of parts and materials
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce downtime
- Plan and schedule production activities using ERP systems
Proven experience in a manufacturing or production environment (ideally low-volume, high-mix) - Previous experience in a team leadership or supervisory role
- Strong organisational and planning/scheduling skills
- Confident communicator with the ability to influence and motivate others
- A proactive, hands-on approach suited to a small team environment
