Value Added Service Administrator

Value Added Service Administrator | Elton | £34,000 - £36,500 We're looking for a proactive and organised Value Added Service Administrator to join our Logistics team at Elton. You'll play a key role in coordinating customer-specific warehouse activities, ensuring orders, stock movements and rework requirements are completed accurately, efficiently and on time. What will you be doing?

• Coordinate daily Value Added Service (VAS) activities, including pick and pack, rework, returns and special customer orders.
• Work closely with Operations, Sales, Quality, Customs and Logistics to meet customer requirements.
• Manage stock movements, transfers and reconciliations, ensuring accurate system records and full traceability.
• Monitor daily productivity and weekly performance reports.
• Help prioritise workloads and keep operations running smoothly in a busy warehouse environment.
• Ensure all activities meet HMRC, Health & Safety and operational requirements.
  
  Experience in stock control, warehouse administration or logistics.
• A good understanding of warehouse processes and stock management.
• Confident using IT systems, with strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to getting things right.
• An organised, adaptable approach with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• A confident communicator who enjoys working with different teams.
